Risk Management

Our team has developed an enterprise-wide risk management system.  This system is based on the internationally recognised AS/NZS 4360 standard.

Our system includes:

a.Our risk management manual (available for purchase – can be implemented using your own internal resources or we can assist you to implement the procedures)

b.Our model for professional development in this area includes training, development, mentoring and facilitation in achieving Certified Practicing Risk Manager or Certified Practicing Risk Technician status with the Risk Management Institute of Australasia.

In addition, if required, our network partner can assist with the implementation of appropriate risk management software to complete the ERM system.
