Training and Qualifications
The Interlink Technology philosophy is to focus on quality and flexibility.  All of our training, development and education services and products are based on appropriate international and Australian Standards – including PMBOK, GAPPS and the Australian National Competency Standards for Project Management.

Project and Program Management:

Project Management Qualifications by workplace assessment

All levels covered to the Australian Standards and conferred by the Global Institute for Workplace Training and Development (see our links page).  Workplace Assessment is done in your workplace, using real evidence of performance and carried out by practical, widely experienced, current Project and Program Managers.

  • Certificate IV in Project Management – designed for Project Officers and members of project teams
  • Diploma of Project Management – recommended for practising Project Managers who take responsibility and accountability for projects
  • Advanced Diploma of Project Management – specifically for Program and Portfolio Managers who take strategic and financial responsibility for full Programs or higher

Project Management Qualifications by classroom participation

Provided to the Australian Standards and conferred by Brisbane North Institute of TAFE or the Gold Coast Institute of TAFE (see our links page).  All trainers and facilitators are current, practising project and program managers, with extensive industry knowledge and experience.

  • Diploma of Project Management – recommended for Project Managers who need to better understand Projects and gain further knowledge and skills in a formal learning environment

Formal qualification training for participant groups can be arranged to be held in-house, if required.

Registered Project Manager

Conferred directly in Australia by the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM), is assessed as an integral part of our qualification programs at no additional fee from Interlink Technology:

  • Qualified Project Practitioner (QPP) – for Project Team Members
  • Registered Project Manager (RPM) – for Project Managers
  • Master Project Director (MPD) – for Program and Portfolio Managers

In-House Training and Development

Including accredited and non-accredited training courses, designed to meet specific organisational and individual needs – aligned to the Australian Competency Standards for Project Management and to the emerging GAPPS Project and Program Management environment (Global Alliance for Project Performance Standards):

  • Diploma in Business – for middle managers and those who manage departments and groups as a part of their role at work
  • Advanced Diploma in Business Management – for those in more senior positions, needing to apply strategic management across an organisation.

A wide range of flexible courses, available to assist organisations to prepare their middle and senior level people for management responsibilities.

Dual Management and Project Management
