Project Management Qualifications by workplace assessment

All levels covered to the Australian Standards and conferred by our sister organisation, Interlink Technology Services.  Workplace Assessment is done in your workplace, using real evidence of performance and carried out by practical, widely experienced, current Project and Program Managers.

Project Management Qualifications by classroom participation

Provided to the Australian Standards and conferred by Interlink Technology Services and by Brisbane North Institute of TAFE (see our links page).  All trainers and facilitators are current, practising project and program managers, with extensive industry knowledge and experience.

• Certificate IV in Project Management - designed for Project Team Members and for Project Leaders, who are involved with the ongoing support and administration aspects of projects in their workplace
• Diploma of Project Management – recommended for Project Managers who need to better understand Projects and gain further knowledge and skills in a formal learning environment
• Advanced Diploma of Project Management – suitable for experienced, senior personnel who are involved with the direction of Programs or Portfolios of work, involving complex situations and teams of project personnel.

Registered Project Manager

Conferred directly in Australia by the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM), is assessed as an parallel aspect of our qualification programs at no additional fee from Interlink Technology:

• Certified Practising Project Practitioner (CPPP) – for Project Team Members
• Certified Practising Project Manager (CPPM) – for Project Managers
• Certified Practising Project Director (CPPD) – for Project Directors, Program and Portfolio Managers
